Step-by-step guide to assemble your Variable Speed Boat Fan Kit.

Step One: Print your parts and order the electronics

You will need four parts for this kit. The lid, the base, the ventilation pipe and the LED prisma. Total printing time is about 5 hours. You can also order a complete kit or assembled unit from me.

Step Two: Assemble

Assembly takes about 30 minutes and requires some soldering.

Step Three: Mount the unit in your rig

Enjoy fresh air in your boat or RV.

Once you have all the components, assemble the electronics. The diagram may look complex at first, but it comes together quickly. To make things easier, you can use jumper wires for most connections. Super glue for the exhaust pipe is optional. The other parts stay in place without glue. If you prefer, a little double sided tape can help during assembly.
